- Ensuring the availability and stability of IT resources
- ServiceDesk management in a designated area by monitoring requests and setting a time frame for their resolution
- Providing support to Users in the purchase, use and maintenance of both hardware and software
- Responsible for monitoring all servers, computers, network equipment, telephone systems, and printers, notifying the BackOffice administrator of issues as needed
- Technical support for software and hardware issues for local site employees
- Monitoring the condition and maintaining a clean and organized server room and storage rooms
- Creation of technical user manuals and system documentation
Požiadavky
Kandidát by mal mať:
- Two-year Business IT degree on MBO plus level or equivalent business experience and certifications;
- Experience of end user IT support ( production company - big advantage )
- Experience in project management
- Organizational skills with the ability to multi task;
- English language - communication level
