Geometry Engineer - new automotive company

Náplň práce

- Daily reporting and follow up with Management, Geometry Engineers, Geometry Technicians and Measurement Technicians on results and plan for the next coming activities and corrective actions.
- Set-up and maintain Geometry assurance systems and processes supporting the Final Demand objectives and fulfilling specified capability targets for Body shop and Final Assembly
- Assure robust Final demand measurement outcome of current/forward model with zero First Time Through influence or production stop time
- Support Plant Quality teams with Geometry competence in problem solving
- Input and initiate Judgement events to maintain / improve geometrical quality
- Develop the Geometry Assurance function and work methods within the Geometry department within the plant and between the plants

Požiadavky

- Experience of Body shop and Final Assembly
- Knowledge of English language
- OEM experience from similar Car Plant role within Geometry Engineering
- Experience to work with and understand Geometrical Measurement systems
- Ability to draw conclusions of big-data analysis, cause - effect
